Cancellation Policy
To cancel your booking, please phone 0800 286 4958 as soon as possible. Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance = 100% refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance = Non-refundable. You can change the date of your booking, at no cost, up to 48 hours in advance. Booking changes within 48 hours will incur a $50 change fee. If you fail to arrive for your scheduled book time your booking will be non-refundable. Please check your activity details carefully for your report time.

Included in price - photos & video of your Taupō Swing experience and a Free AJ Hackett T-shirt, Minimum age is 10 years, participants aged 14 years and under require parent / guardian signature. Minimum weight is 30kgs per person, maximum weight is 140kgs per person and combined total weight for tandems is 180kgs.
