- Cancellation Policy
- If booked through a travel agency or third party site, you must cancel or modify your booking through them in the proposed cancellation/modification timeframe.
Direct bookings can cancel up to at least 48 hours prior to arrival date, where a full refund will be offered back to the customer.
If the customer fails to give sufficient notice to modify or cancel a booking, the booking will be deemed as cancelled and the already pre-charged or applicable rate amount due, will apply.

- Children welcome when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian in our private rooms. Children are not permitted in the shared dormitories.
Bookings will be asked to provide valid identification, and valid credit card details upon making a booking and checking in.
Prepayment of bookings will be taken on the morning of booking arrival date unless otherwise stated.
Credit card surcharges apply and are non refundable.
