Cancellation Policy
Bookings cancelled less than 30 days out will result in a cancellation fee of 10% of the booking. Cancellation of 7 days or less will result in 100% cancellation fee.

Conditions

Conditions
Allow 6-7 hours on the track, 2 hours return travel. A high level of fitness required for this hike. We offer small group guided tours - maximum 4 people. Our guides are highly trained and professional. CJO holds a Department of Conservation (DOC) concession for the Tongariro Crossing. Appropriate clothing and footwear are required, and guides have full discretion to discontinue or cancel a hike to to fitness concerns or weather conditions.
