Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your booking more than 48 hours before arrival date, you will not be charged. If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before arrival date, you will be charged the cost of one night's accommodation. If you cancel your booking less than 24 hours before arrival date, or if you don't arrive, you will be charged the full cost of your reservation. Any booked nights cancelled after check-in will be charged. Policy varies over Christmas, New Year and for events - please check.
