Cancellation Policy: $5.00 cancellation fee applies for cancellations made before 6:00 pm the day before arrival. Cancellations made after 6:00 pm the day before arrival incur a charge of one night’s accommodation. If you do not advise the hostel or our Customer Services team you will be charged for all nights booked.

Finlay Jack's is centrally located near the Taupo town centre and the lakefront.
