- Cancellation Policy
- 50% charged if cancellation is within 30 days of arrival
100% charged if cancellation is within 7 days of arrival
100% charge will occur if guests are a "No-Show"
We also have a two night minimum stay for the period of the 23rd of December through to the 5th of January.
However, if we are able to fill the room/s for any of the nights previously booked, we will only debit the guest for the balance of un-booked accommodation.
If all nights previously booked are re-let, no charges will be made.
