Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation and refund up to 30 days prior to arrival date. Cancellations after 30 days are non-refundable.

Conditions: Weekly rate $2,450 (including cleaning fee). Minimum two night stay, $350 per night plus one-off $100 cleaning fee. For bookings made more than 60-days in advance of your stay, the Client shall pay a deposit of 50% of the Total Rental Amount. The remaining balance is due 30-days before the rental period. If booking within 60-days of the rental date, the entire contract price shall be paid. Visa and MasterCard credit card transactions will incur a 2.5% surcharge.
