- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received prior to 3 days of scheduled arrival will incur no charge/s. For cancellations received within 3 days of arrival the first night of accommodation may be charged to the credit card supplied or invoiced to guest. If guest fails to arrive prior to 10am the day following scheduled arrival date, all accommodation booked will be charged in full. Up to one month cancellation notice will be required for peak holiday dates. Special cancellation terms & conditions apply to groups.
