- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations by you and refunds. The 20% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation fees of package after full balance of payment received; between 30-10 days before start date of ride package: 50% of full payment, or within 10 days of before start of ride package: 100% of full payment (no refund). All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to ant@mototrackandtrailnz.com with booking name and ride package start date.

- 20% deposit (Non-refundable) required on booking, balance of package due 4 weeks before your ride.
Packages include; Taupo or Rotorua Airport pick up and drop off, accommodation transfers, return transport to tracks each day, bike, bike fuel and track fees.
Packages exclude; accommodation, meals and you will need to have your own riding and safety gear; helmet, pants, shirt, gloves, boots and googles.
