- Where a cancellation is made prior to 24hours before arrival, a full refund of all monies paid less any applicable credit card charges will be given, or if a credit card is only used to guarantee the booking – No charges will apply.
No refund can be given for no shows, any unused services or early departures.
Should any of the above cancellations include out side activities - further cancellation charges or administration fees may be applicable for charges that Oreti may be liable for.
