More than 30 days before arrival: No charge 30–15 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee (accommodation, meals, and services) 14 days or fewer before arrival: 100% cancellation fee (accommodation, meals, and services) Festive Season Policy (December 21-January 7): Cancelled fewer than 60 days before arrival: 100% cancellation fee (accommodation, experiences, meals, and services) Experiences cancelled 30 days or fewer: 100% cancellation fee. Package must be booked at least 24 hrs prior to arrival. Direct bookings only. 1 to 2 pax Minimum stay 2 nights. Package dates valid for stays Now – 31st October 2025. Stay must be completed by October 31st, 2025. Promotion not available on public holidays. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer. All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%. To secure your booking, we will charge the total amount (accommodation, meals & activities) when the booking is placed.
