- Cancellation Policy
- Earlier than 21 days prior to the date of commencement of the term, the deposit will be forfeited by the renter and the booking will be cancelled. Cancelation after 21 days prior to the date of commencement of the term but before 7 days prior to the date of commencement the owner will refund 50% of the rental amount paid, plus cleaning fee paid. Cancelation within 7 days of the date of commencement of the term, full rental amount paid will be forfeited. The cleaning fee will be refunded.

- 20% deposit required to confirm your booking, remaining payment required not later than 21 days prior to arrival date. Credit cards accepted via PayPal with a 5% fee.
