Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 24 hours of tour date incur a 100% cancellation fee. You can cancel or transfer at no extra cost prior to 24 hours before your trip. If we need to cancel due to poor or unsafe weather conditions on the Tongariro Alpine Crossing, we offer a transfer on your ticket to another day that suits you or a refund. No refund is given in the case of missing the bus.

Please be waiting outside on the road side at least ten minutes before the bus is due so that you do not miss the bus. If you miss the bus there is no refund. We go by and share a MetService weather report. We do not take responsibility for a change in the forecast.
