Cancellation Policy: It is advisable to book. Once a booking is confirmed, there is no credit refunds, unless Rafting New Zealand Cancels. Rafting New Zealand reserves the right to cancel or alter a rafting trip due to safety reasons or a lack of participants. Any booked participant under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be excluded from rafting without a credit refund.

Conditions: Age Limit: 13+ (10 - 12 years of age OK if accompanied 1:1 with an adult).
