- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made by the client within 1 week or on the day of travel are not entitled to a refund. This also applies to a drop in the number of people you have booked for. Top Cat Charters reserve the right to cancel cruise departures or substitute vessels at any time for safety or operational reasons including adverse weather conditions or vessel maintenance. In the event of a cruise being cancelled by Top Cat Charters you will be given be given a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule.

Reservations may be amended to another date or time subject to space and availability. No charge is made for this amendment but any difference in price will need to be paid by the client.
- Weather Considerations
- Top Cat Charters monitor all weather conditions of Lake Taupo and if this was to affect your cruise, we would discuss your options with you prior to your charter.
